Pamela uses crystal bowls, chimes, and other gentle instruments to ease the nervous system, calm stress responses, and invite your body into a state of rest and healing.

  • Not at all. These sessions are open to everyone; no experience, background, or spiritual practice required. Just bring yourself, as you are.

  • Pamela’s approach is trauma-informed and deeply respectful of your pace. You’re always in choice. You can sit, lie down, move, or step out at any time. Your body leads, not the bowls.

  • Wear something comfortable, bring water, and if you’re attending in person, feel free to bring a mat or blanket. Most importantly, come with openness — you don’t need to “do” anything for the work to work.

  • Sound healing has been shown to lower heart rate, reduce cortisol (the stress hormone), and support brainwave states associated with deep rest. Vibrational sound can help the body shift from a fight-or-flight state into the parasympathetic “rest and digest” system - which supports healing, sleep, and emotional clarity.

  • Sound healing is a complementary practice that supports emotional well-being and nervous system health. It is not a replacement for medical or psychological care, but can be a supportive tool before and after surgeries, during recovery, or alongside other treatments.

  • Everyone is different. Some clients find relief and clarity after just one session, while others benefit from regular sessions over time. You’ll know what’s right for you. These offerings are designed to meet you where you are - whether you need a gentle pause or deeper reset.
