This meditation is dedicated to the magnificent being that is Tuxedo, my horse companion of 15 years, the love of my life, my greatest teacher, healer and guide.

We wrote this meditation together so that you could journey with us into the powerful energies of the horse to experience the magic and tap into your own source of inner strength and freedom.

You will meet your horse spirit guide, become mesmerized and transformed into a horse and experience what it is like to become one with a horse in order to receive and embody the wisdom and teachings that this very special animal has for you.
