Meet pamela

Pamela Robins is a trauma-informed holistic practitioner, cancer survivor, and intuitive guide with advanced training in sound healing, meditation, Reiki, yoga, and breathwork.

She has been in practice since 2014, supporting individuals through physical healing, emotional integration, and spiritual resilience. After transforming her own life through profound loss, illness, and recovery, she now shares the very tools that helped her reconnect to peace and safety in her body.

Her work centers on nervous system regulation - an evidence-based approach that activates the body’s natural healing response by lowering inflammation, improving sleep, and reducing mental, physical, and emotional stress.

  • Not at all. These sessions are open to everyone; no experience, background, or spiritual practice required. Just bring yourself, as you are.

  • Pamela’s is a trauma-informed practitioner trained in nervous system regulation. Each session is paced gently, using musical instruments that promote safety and calm. The approach honors your unique sensitivity - you’re always in control and supported throughout.

  • Find a quiet, comfortable space where you can lie down or sit with minimal distractions. Use headphones if possible, and consider having a blanket or eye mask to enhance comfort. We recommend drinking water after and allowing a few moments of stillness post-session to integrate.

  • Sound healing has been shown to lower heart rate, reduce cortisol (the stress hormone), and support brainwave states associated with deep rest. Vibrational sound can help the body shift from a fight-or-flight state into the parasympathetic “rest and digest” system - which supports healing, sleep, and emotional clarity.

  • Sound healing is a complementary practice that supports emotional well-being and nervous system health. It is not a replacement for medical or psychological care, but can be a supportive tool before and after surgeries, during recovery, or alongside other treatments.
